Company Profile
- MSI was founded by the principals of FPSC who, for more than 15 years, have consulted and taught the principles of integrated Sampling, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Ore Grade Control, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Major discrepancies between mine estimates and estimates from plant metallurgical balances are a common problem in mines around the world. Many existing practices are based on protocols that often fall short of basic statistical requirements. Sampling equipment are often flawed by design and cannot provide the needed reliability for determining accurate ore grade and reserves.
- These problems invariably cause incorrect executive decisions that result in unrealized profits or unnecessary waste and expense. Lenders, shareholders, partners, and the management team all needlessly lose because of ill-made decisions based on faulty sampling.
