MSI Heterogeneity Testing consists of a series of grinding and screening tests to study the sampling characteristics of gold, base metals, significant impurities, and any other constituent of interest.  Such tests are performed either at the early stage of exploration to learn more about the new deposit, or prior to a feasibility study, or during exploration/operation when unexpected sampling difficulties arise.

Key Benefits

bulletAccuracy and precision
bulletFaster as the job is done right the first time
bulletLower cost through minimized ore grade misclassification

Capabilities

MSI used the latest, most technologically advanced sampling equipment available and follows the proven FPSC Heterogeneity Tests to calculate sampling nomographs and optimize sampling protocols.

MSI offers advice on how to collect a representative composite sample to perform a Heterogeneity Test.  The FPSC comprehensive report includes nomographs with recommended sampling and analytical protocols.

Heterogeneity Tests are not routine tests; they cannot be properly completed by a routine production laboratory.  MSI Heterogeneity Tests are completed with the constant assistance of FPSC expertise as the test progresses.  This assistance ensures that MSI's tests will provide full benefit to the client.
