Construction	Cabinet of 2mm zinc anneal steel sheet lined with insulating fire-brick. Backed with Vermiculite Insulation board.
Internal dimensions (Muffle)	50 place: 260mm wide x 460mm deep x 200mm high 100 place: 480mm wide x 560mm deep x 300mm high
Burner equipment and ratings	LPG: 32mm long pattern insperator and flame retention nozzle. Burner rating 125MJ/hr @ 140 K.P.A Gas consumption 5 litres/hr for heat up: 3 litres/hr at operating temperature. Natural gas: 1 off package burner rated @ 150MJ/hr @ 1 K.P.A
Flame supervision	Landis & gyr LGB 41 flame controller and U.V. cell flame detector
Door operation	50 place: Counter balanced, rising 100 place: Pneumatic rising operation by foot control
Temperature control	Electric, automatic control 1200oC K Thermocouple
Electrical requirements	The furnace is fitted with a 10 ampere single phase cord and plug top. Electrical load 2 amperes.

Construction	Cabinet of 2mm zinc anneal steel sheet lined with insulating fire-brick backed with Vermiculite Insulation board. The furnace is mounted on a console fabricated from 2mm zinc anneal sheet.
Internal dimensions (Muffle)	50 place: 260mm wide x 460mm deep x 200mm high 100 place: 480mm wide x 560mm deep x 300mm high
Heating Elements	12 Silicon carbide elements rated at 10.5kW, 3 phase for 50 place furnace and 15kW, 3 phase for 100 place furnace. Power supply to the elements is per a multi-tapped double wound transformer.
Door operation	50 place: Counter balanced, rising. Manual operation. 100 place: Pneumatic rising operation by foot control
Temperature control	Electric, automatic control 1200oC type K Thermocouple. Fitted with high temperature alarm.
Electrical requirements	The furnace is fitted with a 10 ampere single phase cord and plug top. Electrical load 2 amperes.
